Required Notice Pursuant to House Bill 23-1105
HOA and Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force
House Bill 23-1105 created the HOA and Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Forces to examine certain matters in communities that are governed by these entities. The Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force will review, among other matters, tax levying authority and practices, foreclosure practices, communications with homeowners and governance policies. A requirement of the new law is that we notify you of the creation and existence of the Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force prior to its first meeting. ARC, What is it?
In order to follow the Covenants, an Architectural Review Committee has been established for the Hawthorn Metro District. This review is currently handled by MSI, LLC. To ensure your improvement plans adhere to Covenants, submit your Architectural Review Request (ARR) Form today by contacting MSI LLC at 720-974-4186 or via email at web@msihoa.com.

In addition to the original thirteen-color schemes within Table Rock Ridge, the ARC and Board worked with Benjamin Moore’s Community Team to expand available color schemes to complement the existing palette. The Board announced in 2021 that ten additional color schemes were approved and added to our community’s color palette.
